These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the booking of a paid consultation with Expert Educare Pvt. Ltd. (“Expert Education”). By booking, you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide a paid, one-on-one video consultation (45 minutes) focused on the goal you select — such as admissions, career counselling, course/college/country selection, or general guidance. The consultation is advisory in nature.

Bookings & payment

• The consultation fee is ₹2,999 (inclusive of GST).
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
• Slot timings are shown and scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST).

Rescheduling & refunds

Rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and assessment information.
• Join the video call at your scheduled time with a stable connection.
• Use the guidance for lawful, personal decision-making.

No guarantee of outcomes

Our experts provide honest, experience-based guidance. We do not guarantee any specific outcome such as admission, selection, a visa, a job, or an exam result, as these depend on factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by Expert Educare Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a consultation is limited to the fee you paid for that consultation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
