Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident booking your consultation. This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds work for the ₹2,999 (GST inclusive) consultation.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 12 hours before your booked slot, subject to availability. To reschedule, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your booking details.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancelled 24+ hours before the slot: full refund.
• Cancelled within 24 hours of the slot: 50% refund (to cover the reserved expert time).
• After the consultation has been delivered, or a no-show: the fee is non-refundable.
• If we need to cancel or cannot deliver your consultation, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.

How to request a refund

Email experteducation@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 93740 01004 with your name, booking date/time, and reason. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or card provider.
